Don't refill toner cartridges by yourself. The toner is a very fine powder, and if you breathe it in it's not good for you. Some argue that it can cause severe lung problems, including cancer. If you don't have to because it's your profession, don't refill them.
Plus most cartridges contain more than just toner and require some maintenance before they can be put back into the printer.
Don't do it.
