Is there any machine to refill laser cartridges?

I want to purchase an automatic or semi automatic toner refilling machine for laser cartridges. Is there any machine to refill laser cartridges?
Do you have the experience to do this job ? because there is a little bit more to it than just adding toner to it. Where do you buy toner ? I have to go to my supplier and he re manufactures it for me, he puts in a new doctor blade drum roller gears etc. Most of it is done by hand except when they add the toner because you do not want to breath that in, not good for the lungs. Is there any machine to refill laser cartridges?
Do you have LOTS of money to spend? Of course there is a machine that can be purchased. Walgreens Pharmacy in the U.S. can refill ink cartridges for $10 for black, and $14 for color. You can inquire from them how much the machine costs. And there is a huge difference between laser cartridges and toner cartridges.
Toner cartridges are not refilled, they are remanufactured, which is labor-intensive and impossible to do with a machine.

If you truly know how to fill them, then you know you must dismantle the cartridge and change parts. There are blades, OPC drums and gears as well as fuses or chips. These parts are built to last for only one cycle of toner. Drilling a hole and putting toner in will not give you a working cartridge....unless you're planning on selling people crap that doesn't work.
You can get tubs of ink with a syringe, so not much of a machine:-)

This works for most cartridges, although some have chips that register when empty and mess it up. Websearch for %26lt;inkjet refill kit%26gt; to find a local store, or online store (Amazon, PC World etc)
